I have a few pant patterns with "No Side Seam".  Here's a quick pictorial to grade this style of pant 2 sizes up.

I just love this simple pattern......It's super easy to construct and the fit is really flattering.  The pockets are sewn into the seams so you only need to finish the top and bottom pocket hems.  And the back features a princess seam so you get a nice fitted silhouette.  The length is perfect for leggings, jeans and skirts.  It looks just as sharp at the office as it does at weekend brunch.
