This is a great combination for a put together casual look. Both are so simple to make. I can make the No Side Seam Palazzo Pants in about 25 minutes and the Slouchy Top in about 30 minutes. Both patterns can be found in my ETSY Store:

Top made with bamboo from Koshtex and pants made with Double Brushed Poly from Joanne's. Joanne's has a very nice collection of DBP at the moment.
Joanne's Double Brushed Poly I used to make these pants. It's a nice mid weight poly for making bottoms.
